VIP Rewards — Claim Guide

Important Notice

We sent the VIP rewards email on October 29, 2025.
There are 899 VIP backers in total; about 45 could not receive the email (unsubscribed, bounced, or other delivery issues).
If you purchased the VIP Tier but didn’t receive the email, please email your purchase receipt to miyako@etherousgames.com.

Your vip_order_id

This is your personal redemption code for:

• Redeeming the Halloween Bundle DLC in-game, and
• Using your Free Shipping Voucher in the merch store.

Redeem the Halloween DLC (in-game)

1. Launch Dragon Song Tavern and enter the game with any character.
2. Press ESC to open Settings.
3. Click “GIFT Code” (bottom-right of the screen).
4. Paste your vip_order_id and redeem.

Notes

• You must own the base game to redeem the DLC.
• The code is for in-game use only via the Gift Code menu.

Use Your Free Shipping Voucher (merch store)

1. Visit our merchandise store.
2. After choosing your favorite physical items, add the “Free Shipping Voucher” (priced at $0) to your cart as a separate item.
3. During checkout for the $0 voucher, you’ll see a field for “Free Shipping Voucher Number.”
   Enter your vip_order_id there.

Don’t forget: You must add the 🎟️ Free Shipping Voucher to enable shipment of physical goods.
Orders without the voucher cannot be shipped.
