🚚 How to Use Your Free Shipping Voucher

When completing your Free Shipping Voucher payment, you must enter a valid voucher number in the required field during payment.

🧾1、 If you purchased the Free Shipping Voucher during our kickstarter campaign

Your order_id from the campaign serves as your Free Shipping Voucher number.
Please enter that ID when checking out any physical merchandise.

🌟 2、If your VIP Tier includes a Free Shipping Voucher

Please check your email — we’ll send a message to all VIP Tier supporters on October 29th with your exclusive vip_order_id. This ID can be used both to redeem your in-game rewards and as your Free Shipping Voucher number for physical items.

🔍 3、Can’t find your order_id? Try the following:

• Add miyako@etherousgames.com to your trusted or safe sender list.
• Search your inbox for “order id” or “order_id” .
• For VIP rewards, please email us with your purchase receipt.
  For Kickstarter backers, feel free to DM us directly on Kickstarter.
• Once verified, we’ll resend your order_id information manually.

📦 Shipping Voucher
Physical items require a Shipping Voucher for delivery.
If you purchase multiple physical items to the same shipping address, you only need one voucher — we’ll combine your parcels into a single shipment.

🚚 Separate Orders
Each product needs to be ordered separately. Don’t worry — if your orders share the same address, we’ll merge them for delivery.

🌍 Shipping Regions
All physical merchandise is shipped from Mainland China.
We currently ship to most regions in:

• Asia: China (including Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan Region), Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
• North America: United States and Canada.
• Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and other EU countries — including Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, San Marino, North Macedonia, Moldova, and Monaco.
• Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.

💌 Processing Time
All physical merchandise is made to order and usually requires around 30 days for production.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
