The Tavern Guest & Hair Creator Pack lets you leave a personal mark in Dragon Song Tavern.
As a special guest contributor, you’ll appear as a visitor in the tavern and have the chance to design your own hairstyle, which will be added to the game.

🧭 How It Works

After purchase, our team will contact you by email with detailed submission instructions. You’ll be able to:

• Create your tavern guest using your in-game save data.
  • The guest’s appearance must be based on the standard customization options available in Dragon Song Tavern.
  • You may not use hairstyles or outfits created by other creators.
• Design one custom hairstyle, included exclusively with this pack.
  • You can submit sketches, reference images, or written descriptions — no art skills required!
  • Our artists will adapt your concept into a final in-game hairstyle consistent with the game’s art style.
• Choose the guest’s name, favorite drink, and one meaningful date for when they might visit the tavern each year.

• Once we receive your design, our development team will review it to ensure it fits the visual tone, lore, and technical requirements of the game.
• Small adjustments may be made for artistic consistency or legal reasons.
• Your guest may appear during their special date and occasionally through random encounters in the tavern.

📜 Rights & Use Policy

By submitting your design, you grant Etherous Games Limited full permission to use, adapt, and include your content in the game. All resulting in-game assets and derivatives become part of Dragon Song Tavern and are fully owned by the development team. We may decline or modify submissions that:

• Infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks
• Contain offensive or inappropriate material
• Conflict with the tone or lore of the game world

💌 Processing Time

We’ll reach out to you via email within one week after your purchase to begin the design process.
Once you’ve submitted all required design materials or references, your content will be implemented into the game within approximately two months.
If additional time is needed due to feedback, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you in advance to keep you informed.
