Every item is carefully packed and shipped directly from our studio in China, with love and care from our team.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.
It outlines which regions we currently serve, how shipping fees and vouchers work, and what to expect after placing your order.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently only ship to the following countries and regions:

📍 Important:
Orders with shipping addresses outside the regions listed above will not be shipped.
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
2. Shipping Fees & Vouchers
All physical items require the purchase of a Shipping Voucher corresponding to your delivery region.

Policy Summary:
- Orders without the correct Shipping Voucher will not be shipped.
- If you purchase multiple physical items going to the same address, only one Shipping Voucher is required — we will automatically combine your orders into a single shipment.
- Orders that contain digital items only (e.g., Steam keys or DLCs) do not require a shipping voucher.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
All physical merchandise in our store is made to order.
Please note that after placing your order, a production period of approximately 3–4 weeks is required before shipment.
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped within 3 business days and you will receive a tracking email.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
- Asia: 5 – 10 business days
- Other regions: 7 – 20 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, and local postal efficiency.
4. Tracking & Packaging
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.
- Most packages weigh 0.3 – 1 kg and are carefully packed for international transit.
- Large bundle or special edition sets may require additional packing time or cost; we will contact you if needed.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected time window, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.
We will assist in investigating with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
