Artist Virpi Pekkala chose fairies and flowers as the theme for these congratulatory stamps. The fairies act as the masters of ceremony for congratulations and celebrations, and they play a fanfare for spring. Fairies are friendly and gentle fairy tale creatures that have captured my imagination since childhood, says Virpi Pekkala.
