Tua Rita: Redigaffi 2019 Viveri and jasmine teaThe Redigaffi is a single varietal Merlot, naturally evoking reminiscences of the great model Petrus. The ink black wine is aged for 16 months in new barriques. Explosive nose with ripe black raspberry and cherry, also a hint of cherry jam and delicately fragrant raspberry leaf. Above it hovers a touch of vanilla and a very subtle sweet spice. So rich and full bodied already on the nose.
