Refund & Return Policy

We’re a small indie game studio, and every Dragon Song Tavern item — whether physical or digital — is made with genuine care and time.
We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve designed a refund policy that’s fair to both our players and our small creative team.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding — it truly helps us keep building worlds we love.


1. General Policy

All merchandise and digital products are made to order or delivered individually.
Refunds vary depending on your order status:

Within 3 days after placing your orderCancel anytime via email for a full refund (100%), no questions asked.
After 3 days but before shipment/production completionYour item has entered production. You may still cancel, but we’ll refund 70% of the product cost + full shipping fee.
After shipmentOnce the item has shipped, it is non-refundable, except in cases of damage or loss during delivery.

To request a refund or cancellation, please email support@etherousgames.com with your order number.


2. Digital Products

Digital items fall into two categories:

  • Activation Keys or Download Codes (e.g., Steam keys, DLC codes)
    → Once a digital key or code has been delivered, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether it has been activated.
  • In-game Creator or Custom Digital Content
    → These are personalized or creative commissions (for example, custom in-game messages, NPC names, or credits).
    → Once we have confirmed your customization request by email, the order is considered final and non-refundable, as production or integration begins immediately.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages (Physical Items)

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.
We’ll coordinate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please include your order number and clear photos of any damage.


4. Non-Refundable Items Summary

  • Custom-made or personalized physical products after shipment
  • Delivered digital keys or DLC codes
  • In-game creator or customized digital content after confirmation
  • Orders delivered correctly and in good condition
