📦If your reward includes any physical items, please make sure to purchase the Shipping Free Voucher. ❗We will not be able to ship your items without it.
What should I do if I have purchased the reward tier with physical items but haven’t bought the free shipping voucher?
We won’t send out the items if you haven’t paid the shipping fee. After the crowdfunding ends, we’ll send emails to users who bought physical items but didn’t get the free shipping voucher. The emails will tell you how to pay the shipping fee.
